It worked better than the cream.
I'll have to give the vaseline a try. I use it sometimes for lubricating sculpting tools to keep the greenstuff from sticking.
I think I'll also try graphite powder. I've heard somewhere that it helps in getting good cast, too.Fitz-Badgerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15510866929782142007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140646711960604590.post-35618976452049714142008-05-09T04:47:00.000-07:002008-05-09T04:47:00.000-07:00....although he wasn't using RTV, I always remembe.......although he wasn't using RTV, I always remember Don Featherstone recommending liquid soap, or powdered graphite (ie. centre of a pencil) for his plaster moulds - I used to use slightly diluted washing up liquid...Steve-the-Wargamerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07077311120172727690noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140646711960604590.post-72719447522319319922008-05-08T20:58:00.000-07:002008-05-08T20:58:00.000-07:00Vaseline.John's always used vaseline.
