Just a list of stuff I purchased (or otherwise acquired) versus stuff I actually painted in 2026.
2026-Q1
As laid out in Game Plan 2026 - Q1, the plan was to just keep painting Age of Sigmar stuff, mostly acquired over the last year or so. The main priority will be all the stuff from the Shudderblight Cyst Battleforce box for the Maggotkin of Nurgle forces and Outcast Spitegrove Battleforce box for the Sylvaneth army and all the miniatures from Warhammer Underworlds: Darkwater!? After that, there are SEVEN Spearhead forces to finish up. Additionally there is a few Nighthaunt things it would be nice to just finish off, lots of Stormcast Eternals that could be painted and no end of Slaves to Darkness stuff!!
2026-Q2
As things had kind of ground to a halt... I'm not sure there was much of a plan for Q2 as there was one month more of school and then in June I would be away most of the month.. but maybe keep working on the things I planned to do in Q1... but didn't...
2026-Q3
in Game Plan 2026 - Q3 I was a bit more hopeful after returning from France and having a few months of relatively free time... I was hoping to finish up the last of the Soulblight Gravelords - which would set me up for finishing off Warhammer Quest: Cursed City AND give me another faction to play with in Age of Sigmar.
There was also the last few things for Warhammer Quest: Darkwater... but I have a feeling I probably won't get to finishing off those until I'm done the stuff for Cursed City and and actually playing the Nemesis campaign!
I did pledge to paint a few things for the Age of Sigmar Summer Hobby League being run through the Warhammer Store... The Tzaangor Warflock and a few others, which needed to be done before the end of July.
Finally I figured I would also be working on some Blood Bowl stuff - continue touching up some of the older teams and painting some other ones, new (Bretonnian and Tomb Kings) and old (Dwarves and Elves) - and there are a few tokens and templates to paint up! For the league I signed up with the Gnarly Gobbos - my old metal team that I painted 35 years ago!? I've mostly touched all of those up before leaving for Europe... so there isn't a panic to get anything done for this (other than the tokens.... or maybe to try out other teams for funnies - and possibly get Amanda interested!?)
(and maybe some stuff for Bolt Action...? Finish up the Italians and French?)
