These are Norman crossbowmen from Crusader Miniatures.

I like them. They’re nice to paint.

The photos aren’t great because I had to take it indoors. Normally I’d take pics outside – so much better light. But It’s been a little chilly here and even I have my limits..

At one point in the day it actually dropped to -49°C with the windchill.... no fun.
Coming soon on Tim’s Miniature Wargaming Blog:
More Normans/West Franks… Scotts... a few Anglo-Saxons and Vikings…
Nice work, Tim. They really look grest.
ReplyDeleteWe seem to be on the same page. I posted my Anglo-Danes within 4 minutes of your Normans.
Hi mate, seems to be very cold by you :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful figs again! Hope to see HotT in the near future again.

Yikes - I thought it was cold here in Michigan this morning at -2F! Fortunately I have a spray booth where I can do some priming, clear coating and such in winter.
ReplyDeleteOoooo nice shooty. You always do such good work. :)
ReplyDeleteThey do look great. I have Crusader mounted Normans and bowmen, and also Saxon foot; failed to get their crossbowmen. Best, Dean
