Whether it’s Afghanistan or
Burkhadurkastan my mujahideen insurgent-types now have some heavy support!
(Remember: click on the pictures
for a bigger version):
Some Heavy Machine-Guns from Mongrel Miniatures.
Mortars (also from Mongrel Miniatures).
A pair of Mujahideen on a
Motorcycle from Empress
Miniatures. I have a second one that’s just about finished with an
RPG team on the bike.
Coming soon on Tim’s Miniature Wargaming Blog:
Hopefully a game report, actually. Gary is supposed to be
coming over tonight to play some Force
on Force. (hopefully I’ll have
the game table cleaned off by then!).
An RPG team on a motorcycle? Awesome! Great painting, btw. I see 1200 figures in sight for you!
ReplyDeleteNice work Tim. Lovely way to travel.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Helen
Likely looking lads - nice work.
ReplyDeleteYou should read Suvarov's The Liberators. His unit had a motorcycle with an RPG, several machine guns and towing a 250 gallon water trailer... ;)
Hope they can do for Durkadurkastan so Team America World Police can take them on!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone!
ReplyDeleteWell now... I don't know why I didn't think of this before - considering the name of my fictional central asian country was inspired by the movie and I'm a sucker for all sorts of other figures ripping off popular culture figures.... What figures WOULD I use for TEAM AMERICA: WORLD POLICE!?
Now THAT would be a TQ D12 unit if ever I saw one!
