Drukhari Reavers

Having finished off the Asuryani stuff I needed for the Strange Bedfellows tournament, I'm on to painting Amanda's Drukhari (that Finnegan is going to use in the tournament).

First up, Reavers...

    Congratulations on your progress for the Hellions and on your weight-loss program. I've left a few comments on your other blog.

    One additional thought: I wouldn't do the free day. Get on Keto and stay on it for as long as you can. I've noticed a distinct correlation between cheats and lack of progress in losing weight. On the other hand, my body seems to be able to transition back to losing weight within a day or two.

      Oh, I'm not going to do it as a "free-for-all-eat-anything-I-want-all-day" kind of day... I might just have one donut a week (or two). A friend of mine opened a donut shop just a block from my house and makes super fancy, artisanal, vegan donuts... with organic flour... the donuts themselves aren't super sugary - though the glaze or icing is. I have to have SOME joy in live!?
