WW2 Soviets – Naval Infantry and Zombie Bombs!?

As I alluded to earlier I have a few WW2-ish things on the workbench. Here are a few test figures…

Remember: click on the pictures for a bigger version)

First are a pair of Bolt Action Miniatures Soviet Naval Infantry. Had I thought of it earlier I'd have done a comparison shot with some of the Black Tree Design Soviet Naval Infantry I have... next time... I have another 18 or so of these to paint!

Next are a pair of “Zombie Bombs” from West Wind Productions.

What makes them “Zombie Bombs”? Well, that would be because they are zombies…

..with explosives strapped to their back!?

I’m not entirely sure how these are to detonate… maybe a sniper shoots at the shell when they get close enough…? Or any time they get shot there should be a chance they blow… Anyway, neat idea… can’t wait to throw these at my players (MWA-HA-HA-HA-Ha-Ha-ha-ha-haaaaaa….)

(am I evil?)

Coming soon on Tim’s Miniature Wargaming Blog:

Probably some more WW2 stuff… But there are Ancient/Mythological Greeks hanging out one the workbench too…
