Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli and others

Okay, so I did get enough off track to finish up a few fantasy figures of my own (and a couple of bonus ones for Mike…).

(Remember: click on the pictures for a bigger version)

Gimlis and Legolases (Legolai?) Why have just one of each when you can have TWO!? These are, of course, Lord of the Rings figures from Games Workshop® (painted by Tim Brown and are ©MMIII New Line Productions and/or Games Workshop and/or Tolkein Enterprises and pictured here entirely without anybody’s permission)

Why have two of each when you can have THREE!? These are based for Hordes of the Things and would be fielded as a “Hero” stand. Again these are Lord of the Rings figures from Games Workshop® (painted by Tim Brown and are ©MMIII New Line Productions and/or Games Workshop and/or Tolkein Enterprises and pictured here entirely without anybody’s permission). (Please don’t sue me for suggesting they could be used in another game…!?)

Hawt Elf chick from Reaper Miniatures (because there isn't enough of those around...).

Another Dark Age warrior from Gripping Beast repurposed as a D&D extra.

Big, bad, mean ogre/orc-like thing – from West Wind Productions (I think…)

Coming soon on Tim’s Miniature Wargaming Blog:

Something 19th Century (-ish…)

Maybe…

  2. Good to see that the wonderful miniatures are used for alternative gaming systems. Well done! Hordes of things starts should be looked at!
