As with the Blades of Khorne I posted earlier, I thought I'd put all the units together in one post so people can see what a Spearhead force looks like for the Hedonites of Slaanesh!

This force consists of:

In regular Age of Sigmar, the Blissbarb ARchers are normally fielded in units of ten (plus the Blissbrew Homonculus. For some reason, in Spearhead, they are broken up with to two units of five (one of which has the Homonuculus added to it!?)
